Hernandez Huarache Sighting

Many folks were disappointed that Margarita Hernandez is not selling huaraches at the Red Hook Ballfields this season. Good news: she turned up elsewhere.

Not to put on the jinx, but are the huaraches and tacos being served from a DoH-approved cart, or are they prepared in some kitchen facilities provided by The Yard?

i don't really know the ins-n-outs but it has something to do with public vs. private space. same reason why some of the vendors have been selling at Brooklyn Flea without those D'oH trucks...
