We like Ryan Skeen, and not just because he volunteered his time as “Chef-Judge” at our Blind Bacon Tasting. He is decidedly pro-pork, and extremely focused. Exhibit A(wesome)? I watched him butcher an immaculate suckling pig in about 10 minutes flat.

Game on.
